Refund Policy
SimpleStack plans are instant digital downloads. Here is where we stand on refunds, in plain language.

All sales are final
Because every plan is delivered as an instant digital download that you keep, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once your download is available, except where a refund is required by law.
If something is wrong
We want you to actually get what you paid for. If a file will not open, is faulty, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong plan by mistake, email us at hello@usesimplestack.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and we will fix it, resend your download, or arrange a refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes any consumer right that applies to you and cannot be excluded by law, including consumer protection rules in the EU, the UK, Australia and elsewhere. If the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies.
Digital delivery and cancellation
When you buy, you ask for immediate access to your download. Where you would otherwise have a statutory cooling-off period for digital content (for example in the EU or UK), that right ends once the download begins, which you agree to at checkout.
How payments are handled
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Any approved refund is returned through the same payment method you used. See our terms for the full details.
